How long does delivery take?

The product is not suitable for me, can I return it?

Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to return the product if it is unused and in its original packaging.

The product arrived damaged/defective, what should I do?

No need to panic 😌 Send us a clear photo of the product and the package within 48 hours of receipt to [email customer service]. Our team will respond within 24 to 48 hours with a suitable solution.

I haven't received my order after 10 days. What should I do?

Check the tracking link (often updated by the carrier). Check if a delivery notice has been left or if the package is at a pickup point. If you still haven't received anything after 14 business days, contact us with your order number.

I made a mistake with the address, what should I do?

Contact us immediately. If the order has not yet been shipped, we can correct it. If it has been shipped, we will have to wait for its return before considering reshipment.
